I don’t sell tiered packages. There are two ways to work with me: pay once for a custom build with local search set up alongside it, or subscribe monthly for hosting, updates and publishing.
What follows is what each actually includes, so you can judge it before you email rather than after a sales call. Pricing for the ongoing work is at the bottom of this page; a new build is quoted against a written scope, because a fourteen project portfolio and a three page site are not the same job.
One-time build

It starts with the work. Before any code is written I go through your past projects, pick the ones worth leading with, and draw a typographic and gallery scale around them from a blank page.
Your Google Business Profile is set up alongside the build: categories, service areas and map indexing, so someone searching nearby for what you do lands on your site rather than a competitor.
It is handed over on a CMS you can edit yourself, so you can keep it current on your own, or move onto a monthly care plan the day it goes live. That choice stays yours.

From $299per month, for a site that is already live
Hosting, updates and security handled, and your new projects published as you finish them, so the site never goes stale.
A site that never changes stops earning enquiries. I handle the hosting and the security, and publish new projects as soon as you send them, so the site is always showing your most recent work.
Your Google Business Profile is kept active alongside it: new project photos, service area updates, and a routine for collecting reviews.
It can start the day a new site goes live, or whenever you want to hand the upkeep back to the studio. Billed month to month, with no contract.

Building the site itself
A new build is quoted against a written scope, not billed monthly. A fourteen project portfolio and a three page site are not the same job, so they should not carry the same number.
